1. Inspection Upon Delivery
Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, please inspect your product carefully at the time of delivery. If you notice any defects or damages, please do not accept the package or inform the delivery agent immediately.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only for products that are defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect items.
- You must notify us within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to be eligible for a return or refund. Notifications after 7 days will not be accepted.
3. Return Process

- Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
- Items returned without prior approval or outside the 7-day notification window will not be accepted.
6. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs for returns due to defective or incorrect items will be borne by Lucas Gadgets.
- For other returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
